Parliament, Tuesday, 15 August 2017 – The Portfolio Committee on Rural Development and Land Reform will engage with the public by holding public hearings on the Communal Property Associations Bill in KwaZulu-Natal.

The Communal Property Association Act was passed in 1996 and has been implemented over the last 20 years, however some criticisms have been levelled against the implementation of the bill.
