Parliament, Monday 21 May 2018 – The Speaker of the National Assembly, Ms Baleka Mbete, and the Chairperson of the National Council of Provinces, Ms Thandi Modise, will brief the media on key issues to be covered in their Parliamentary Budget Vote speeches scheduled for simultaneous delivery in both houses tomorrow afternoon at 14:00.
