Parliament, Wednesday 06 March 2019 - In accordance with Rule 210 of the National Assembly, questions to the President must be scheduled for a question day at least once per quarter during session time within the annual programme of Parliament. Such questions are limited to matters of national and international importance.

The number of questions to the President is limited to six and must be submitted to the Speaker of the National Assembly at least 16 calendar days before the question day. This, for the National Assembly Speaker’s approval in compliance with rules and the guidelines determined by the Rules Committee.
