Sunday, 11 June 2017 – National Assembly Speaker Ms Baleka Mbete is scheduled to open a debate on gender-based violence in Diepkloof, Soweto, on Monday. The event, which will include youth organisations, churches and organisations representing abused women, is being arranged by IKO (Innovating Kasi Organisation), a Soweto-based, youth oriented non-profit organisation.
