Parliament, Wednesday, 29 March 2023 – The Portfolio Committee on Defence and Military Veterans will from 30 to 31 March conduct oversight visit to the Department of Defence and Military Veterans’ military bases, military support facilities and the department’s service delivery sites in the Eastern Cape.
The committee will also assess the department’s helicopter service and maintenance in Qgeberha and in Makhanda as well as assessing the housing benefits roll-out programme to military veterans in the Estern Cape.
