Parliament, Monday, 15 September 2025 – The Portfolio Committee on Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs will meet with different stakeholders tomorrow to engage on how to ensure safe customary initiation practices.
The committee will also meet with the Kings and Queens Forum.
The committee earlier called for a united, multi-departmental and national response to end the death and mutilation often associated with customary initiation practices.
