Parliament, Monday 06 September 2021 – The National Council of Provinces will tomorrow hold a ministerial briefing session on Infrastructure Development themed: "Progress on the implementation of the National Infrastructure Plan for Employment Creation and Development".

Minister of Public Works & Infrastructure, Ms Patricia De Lille, and the Deputy Minister, Ms Noxolo Kiviet, will provide a national overview of implementation progress. The Ministers of the Executive Council (MEC's) will give a provincial perspective.
