Parliament, Wednesday, 22 March 2017 – The Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services will no longer engage with the Office of the Chief Justice (OCJ) tomorrow.

Committee Chairperson Dr Mathole Motshekga said the OCJ has requested a postponement. “Due to the robbery at the weekend at the Office of the Chief Justice, the Committee felt the request is not unwarranted and agree to the request for a postponement.”

The OCJ will brief the Committee at a later date, still to be determined, on Judicial Administration on the budget and the Annual Performance Plan.
