Parliament, Wednesday, 29 March 2017 – The Standing Committee on Finance has cancelled a meeting that was scheduled to convene today (29 March). The Committee was going to be briefed by South African Airways (SAA) on its quarterly report.
The Committee has decided to observe today’s burial for one of the country’s struggle icons, Mr Ahmed Kathrada, and afford an opportunity for members the Committee to pay their last respects.
The meeting will be rescheduled for a later date.
