Parliament, Tuesday 12 September 2017 – Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa will be in the National Council of Provinces Chamber tomorrow (Wednesday 13 September 2016) for oral replies to questions by Members.
Section 92 (2) of the Constitution stipulates that Members of the Cabinet are accountable collectively and individually to Parliament for the exercise of the powers and the performance of their functions. The procedure for putting questions to the Executive is one of the instruments used by Parliament to holds the Executive accountable.

The sitting will be broadcast live on Parliament’s DSTV Channel 408, Parliament’s YouTube Channel and updates will be carried on Parliament of RSA’s Facebook and Twitter accounts.
