Parliament, Tuesday, 21 March – The Portfolio Committee on Higher Education and Training will tomorrow attend a workshop on post-school education in Johannesburg. The Department of Higher Education and Training will present monitoring reports on Utilisation of the Teaching Development Grant, the Research Development Grant, University Capacity Development Programme and the financial health of universities.
The workshop is opened to the public and the media.
The Committee will also on Thursday and Friday attend the National Skills Conference in Pretoria which will be opened by the Deputy President, Mr Cyril Ramaphosa.
