Saturday, 10 June 2017 - Following the granting of special leave to the Secretary to Parliament, Mr Gengezi Mgidlana, on 9 June 2017, the Presiding Officers yesterday appointed Deputy Secretary to Parliament Ms Penelope Tyawa as acting Secretary to Parliament. The appointment is effective from 12 June 2017 until further notice.
