Contracts Specialist

The successful candidate will establish and maintain the contract management process, and credentialing of contracted business.

Key Performance Areas:
  • Draft and scrutinise SLAs, Contracts and other legal binding documents with third parties 
  • Draft and scrutinise modification of existing contracts 
  • Monitor the enabling contracts register 
  • Monitor vendor performance in terms of contracts 
  • Verify and ensure that all contracts are current without lapse  
  • Risk Management  
  • Management Reporting.
Requirements:
  • 3 year relevant degree or diploma preferably in legal or commercial   
  • 3 years minimum experience, preferably in a contracting environment.
