ENTERPRISE PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE (EPMO)

The successful candidate will be responsible for rendering a secretarial support service to the Manager (Enterprise Project Management Office).

Key Performance Areas Include:

  • Organising the office of the Manager (Enterprise Project Management Office)
  • Typing
  • Reception duties
  • Handling appointments
  • Issuing stationery to staff
  • Administrative duties.

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 with a two-year Secretarial Diploma
  • 2 years’ secretarial experience
  • (Bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage)

Skills Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Parliamentary policies and procedures
  • Sound oral and written communication skills
  • Sound organisational and administrative skills
  • Computer literacy, including intermediate certification (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet)
  • Stress management [self-management]
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Project office experience (will be an added advantage)

Remuneration comprises a cost-to-company package, which incorporates all the large company benefits.
