SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

The successful candidate will be responsible for raising purchase orders, receiving, issuing of goods and reconciliation of invoices with specification and quotation to ensure payment.

Key Performance Areas Include:

  • Process orders
  • Invoices & payments
  • Receiving deliveries
  • Issuing of goods
  • Reconciliation
  • Verification of procurement submission for completeness
  • Checking procurement request for correctness in line with SCM (Supply Chain Management) regulations
  • Maintenance of the oracle ERP system
  • Payment administration
  • Process procurement request in line with the procurement plan.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3 years’ relevant Diploma plus 2 years’relevant experience in Public Sector / Supply Chain Management.

  • Interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of stores procedure
  • Good planning and administrative skills
  • Willingness to work extra-ordinary hours.
